• PAPER MANUSCRIPTS: All contributing authors are kindly requested to prepare full-length manuscripts (max. 15 pages) of their accepted papers, according to the sample paper attached. These should be delivered at the conference registration desk, both in hardcopy and electronic (as Word.doc files) forms, upon their arrival at the conference site.

• ORAL PRESENTATIONS: 20 min for each oral presentation, preferably including a few minutes for brief discussion after each paper; more time for general discussion is also planned for each session. Please prepare a power point file to visually support your presentation and email it as an attached file to the Conference Secretariat (details as below), the latest one week before the conference, i.e., by 11 June 2006.

• POSTER PRESENTATIONS: Preparation of a self-standing poster, with approximate dimensions 0.7m (width) X 1.2m (length), presenting the basic points of your paper, including title, authors and conclusions (if you need more space let us know). This is to be mounted by the authors - assisted by the Conference Secretariat - to the designated area before the Monday morning (19 June 2006) coffee break, and removed during the Wednesday morning (21 June) coffee break.
