Conference Fees
The fee for regular participants will cover the following:
- registration and conference material, including contact information of all
conference attendees,
- welcome reception,
- 6 coffee breaks,
- Monday lunch,
- Tuesday excursion and dinner, and
- a copy of the abstracts of all papers presented at the conference.
This regular conference fee has been defined at 380 Euro/person.
A reduced fee of 200 Euro/person, covering the same items
as above, will be applied to the cases of students at all levels and PhD-level
researchers (some form of certification will be required by the Conference Secretariat
to justify this reduction)
Registration fees should be paid in advance of the conference. Detailed information
on the ways of payment, including Bank Account and other information, will be
sent to registering participants upon receipt of their forms.
There will be no overall fee for accompanying persons, but
those wishing to participate to selected activities of the conference (e.g.,
excursion and dinner) will be asked to pay the corresponding costs to the on-site
Secretariat.
